TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Mia Seilern AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or through a local regulator/ombudsperson. Nothing in this section limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law in your place of residence, including within the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions with statutory consumer protections.
