Preservatives like parabens and potassium sorbate are often added to formulations containing this ingredient (Int J Toxicol, 2005). While some acacia-derived ingredients have reported cosmetic functions—for example, Acacia Decurrens Extract and Acacia Farnesiana Extract are documented as astringents and skin-conditioning agents—specific functional claims for Acacia Concinna Fruit Extract have not been established in the available research (Int J Toxicol, 2005).
