Argan oil is a non-refined vegetable oil extracted from the kernels of the argan tree, native to Morocco. According to ACS Omega (2024), argan oil is rich in tocopherols (a form of vitamin E), containing between 60 and 90 mg per 100 g, and only 19 g per 100 g of its fatty acids are saturated—meaning most of its fat content comes from unsaturated fatty acids, which are considered beneficial.
